Spreading Joy one Pom at a time.

About Me

Hi, I'm Sharlee, founder of Pom Party Collective.

About a year and a half ago, I started Pom Party with a simple dream: to see a park full of Pomeranians running around, playing, and bringing people together. I never imagined it would grow into something so meaningful. What began as a small idea has blossomed into a community filled with friendship, laughter, support, and a shared love for these incredible little dogs.

My love for Pomeranians began when I found my very first Pom, Mimzy, wandering alone in a parking lot. Bringing her home changed my life, and from that moment on, I was completely smitten with the breed. Their sass, confidence, huge personalities, and endless charm have brought so much joy to my life. Since Mimzy, I've been lucky enough to love two more Poms—Cinco and my current sidekick, Toast. Around here, we call her "Toast the Host" because she never meets a stranger. At events, she's usually making her rounds, greeting people, playing with other dogs, and spreading happiness wherever she goes.

The very first Pom Party event started with a handful of flyers posted at local dog parks that directed people to an Instagram page. At that first gathering, only a few Poms showed up. Today, our events welcome dozens of Pomeranians and their humans, with nearly 75 Poms attending our largest meetup so far. Along the way, I've watched friendships form, familiar faces return month after month, and new members discover a place where they truly belong.

What makes Pom Party Collective special to me is that it's built on real community. My goal has never been simply to organize dog meetups—it's to create opportunities for connection, support small businesses, and give people a place where they can experience joy through their shared love of Pomeranians. Whether you've had Poms your whole life or just welcomed your first fluffy companion, I want this community to feel like home.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We're just getting started, and I can't wait to see where this adventure takes us—and our tiny, fluffy best friends.
